    When the input phase voltage is lower than 198V, the output capacity of the auto-coupling regulator (single-phase 0.5KA~3KA, 10K horizontal and below, three-phase 9KA and below) begins to decrease, and when the input phase voltage is equal to 160V, it falls to 50% of the rated capacity of the regulator. Therefore, at the low end of the power supply voltage, special attention should be paid to reducing the load reduction, so as to avoid burning down the voltage regulator overload.

    Auto-coupling regulator can output 220V and 110V voltage at the same time. But even if all the output is 110V, the load of the regulator can not exceed 50% of the rated capacity, otherwise it will be overloaded.

    Connect the regulator to the distribution board and install a fuse on the user's distribution board to ensure the safety of electricity consumption.

    Connect the power supply of the electrical equipment to the output terminal of the instrument, pay attention to the rated input voltage value of the electrical equipment should be consistent with the output of the regulator, and do not make any mistake.

    Firstly, turn on the power switch of the regulator, and the working indicator light is on. Observe whether the voltmeter indication is normal. When the output voltage is normal, the voltage regulator can automatically adjust the voltage and provide normal power supply by switching on the power supply switch of the electrical equipment.

    When the electrical equipment is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch of the electrical equipment to reduce power consumption and prolong the service life of the regulator.

    Regulator should not be overloaded. When the market voltage is low, the output capacity will be reduced, so the load of the regulator should be reduced accordingly.

    When electing electrical appliances with refrigerators, air conditioners, water pumps and other motor-operated equipment, the voltage stabilizer of more than three times the capacity should be selected so as to avoid starting current exceeding the fuse current of the voltage regulator or or overcurrent protection circuit breaker current making the fuse of the voltage regulator fuse fuse or circuit breaker trip or voltage drop too large to work.

    The conductor connected with the voltage regulator should have enough load surface to prevent heating and reduce pressure drop. Voltage regulators with capacity over 2KVA are connected by terminals. Single copper conductor should be selected, and the terminal screw should be tightened as far as possible to prevent heating at the connection.

    Whether single-phase or three-phase regulators, after connecting all input and output lines, the power switch of the load should be turned off first, then the regulator should be turned on, after checking the normal output voltage, then the power switch of the load should be turned on.

    The output voltage is basically stable by utilizing the saturation characteristic of iron core material.

    Advantages: reliable operation, strong overload ability, automatic protection when output short circuit, simple structure, large range of voltag stabilization, strong anti-interference ability.

    Disadvantages: heavy weight, large volume, high price, high noise, high core temperature, high frequency requirements for input power supply.

    Applications: Computer-related products, medical monitoring system, program control system, automatic test equipment, radio and television equipment, post and telecommunications equipment, automatic plug-in machine, production line, printing equipment, plastic injection equipment, ATM, SMT equipment, scientific research and test, etc.

    Advantages: high voltage stabilization accuracy and fast response time

    Disadvantages: large weight, large volume and high price.
