Internal structure of distribution cabinet
The internal structure of the distribution cabinet is quite different according to different purposes. It shall be configured, installed and transformed according to the actual needs.
Tertiary power distribution:
It is equipped with three types of standard electrical boxes: general distribution box, distribution box and switch box. The switch box shall meet the requirements of one machine, one box, one switch and one leakage.
Level II protection: select leakage protectors in the main distribution box and switch box that meet the capacity requirements and qualified quality.
According to the requirements of industry specifications: the distribution box shall be set up in grades, that is, under the main distribution box, there shall be a distribution box, below the distribution box, there shall be a switch box, and below the switch box is the electrical equipment to form a three-level distribution. In this way, the distribution level is clear, which is not only convenient for management, but also easy to find faults. At the same time, lighting distribution and power distribution shall be set separately to form an independent system, so as not to affect lighting due to power outage.
Leakage protector:
Leakage current action protector, hereinafter referred to as leakage protector, also known as leakage protection switch, is mainly used to protect against leakage fault of equipment and fatal personal electric shock.
The specification stipulates that "all electrical equipment on the construction site must be provided with leakage protection devices at the head end of the equipment load line, except for protective neutral connection".

(a) There is no trip indicator on the old explosion-proof distribution cabinet.
(b) Some old-fashioned distribution cabinet accessories cannot be purchased, and the faults cannot be repaired and handled in time.
Solution:
1. By strengthening the patrol inspection of each shift, abnormalities are found and handled in time.
- Before each startup, check and repair the distribution cabinet to ensure that the electrical equipment does not work with diseases.
