Against the backdrop of the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy, the formulation of standards for rural lighting electrical ready boards has become a key link in ensuring rural electricity safety and promoting the upgrading of the power grid. We, together with expert teams from research institutions such as the China Electric Power Research Institute, have overcome the technical difficulties in formulating standards for rural lighting electrical ready boards through deep integration of industry, academia, and research.

Enterprises are guided by practical needs and provide real-life scenario support for standard setting. For example, enterprises have developed comprehensive electrical ready boards with reactive power compensation functions to address issues such as large peak valley load differences and unstable terminal voltages in rural power grids, which can effectively reduce line losses and improve power supply quality. These practical achievements provide key parameters for standard formulation, such as the rated current and protection level of the electrical ready board, which are all derived from actual engineering requirements.

The expert team takes technological innovation as a breakthrough point to build a standardized technical system. The Sheng Wanxing team of China Electric Power Research Institute has proposed an optimization planning method based on "load grid" coordination through long-term research, and established a library of hundreds of typical power supply modes. In the formulation of electrical ready board standards, the expert team introduced intelligent monitoring technology, requiring electrical ready boards to be equipped with functions such as leakage protection and overload warning, and clearly specifying safety indicators such as electrical circuit laying and grounding resistance. For example, the standard requires that anti loose washers must be used for wire connections in the electrical ready board, and no more than 2 wires should be connected to the same terminal to ensure electrical safety from a detailed perspective.

The joint research and development between enterprises and experts has promoted the scientific and practical standardization of rural lighting electrical ready board standards. Integrating standard requirements into product development, the design life of its 304 stainless steel or PC material electrical ready board exceeds 20 years. Through intelligent busbar processing equipment, the copper bar processing error is controlled within 0.1mm, ensuring that the product meets standard specifications. The expert team verified the feasibility of the standard through demonstration projects, increasing the annual voltage qualification rate to 99.99% and reducing user power outage time by more than 50%. This closed-loop model of "practice theory re practice" provides a replicable solution for the standardization construction of rural power grids.
