1、 UV aging test (simulating strong sunlight in Africa)

Execution standards: ISO 4892-3, GB/T 16422.3

Light source: UVA-340, irradiance 0.89 W/m ² @ 340nm

Temperature and humidity:  60 ℃/4h (illumination)+50 ℃/4h (condensation)  cycle

Duration: ≥ 1000h (tropical outdoor high radiation)

Judgment: No cracks, no powdering, discoloration ≤ Gray Scale level 3 (Δ E ≤ 5)

2、 High and low temperature cycling test (large temperature difference between day and night)

Execution standard: IEC 60068-2-14

Temperature range: -30 ℃ (2h) → room temperature (1h) →+70 ℃ (2h) → room temperature (1h) for 1 cycle

Cycle times: ≥ 10 times

Judgment: No cracking, no deformation, no embrittlement, no abnormal appearance

3、 Materials and Acceptance Bottom Line

Recommended material: Modified PC/ABS, UV resistant and thermally stable, suitable for tropical use

Comprehensive acceptance: After two tests, if there is no cracking, no obvious discoloration, the structure is intact, and the insulation performance meets the standard, it can be used for outdoor lighting distribution scenarios in rural Africa.
