In general, the switch (circuit breaker), measuring instrument (voltage and current), protective apparatus (short circuit overload), auxiliary equipment and other parts of the split meter ready board shall be assembled into a fully enclosed box according to the relevant standards of electrical wiring, thus forming a low-voltage distribution device that plays the role of power distribution, line distribution, control and protection.

 

During the normal operation of the equipment, manual or automatic switches can be used to make and break the circuit. In case of line failure or abnormal operation, the split meter ready board will cut off the circuit and alarm with the help of protective appliances. Moreover, it can intuitively display various parameters and indicators during operation through the loaded measuring instruments, and can adjust the electrical parameters according to the actual application needs. In case of deviation from the normal working state, it will send out signals and prompts.

 

Reasonable power distribution can facilitate the opening and closing operation of the circuit, strengthen the related safety function, display the circuit conduction status, facilitate daily management, and facilitate maintenance in case of circuit failure.

 

The low-voltage split meter ready board has the characteristics of strong breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme introduction, convenient combination, etc. The maintenance of low-voltage split meter ready board shall be conducted once every six months.

 

The maintenance sequence is to make preparations before maintenance, and then carry out maintenance in sections. When there are many split meter ready boardes, they are generally arranged in double rows, and the two rows are connected by separate switches on the top of the cabinet. In order to reduce the scope of power failure, the box shall be cured in sections. First stop the load on a section of bus and open the bus disconnect switch. After checking and confirming that there is no electricity, hang up the grounding wire and signboard to start the maintenance. Check the switches in the box, take down the arc extinguishing shield and check whether the contacts are damaged. Fasten the bolts of the incoming and outgoing lines, clean the dust in the cabinet, and test the opening and closing of the operating mechanism. Check whether the bus joint is deformed and has any traces of discharge, and tighten the connecting bolts to confirm that they are tightly connected. If there is dirt at the bus joint, it shall be cleaned, and the nut shall be replaced if there is rust.

 

The split meter ready board shall be maintained once every six months to greatly reduce the maintenance cost and better play the role of the split meter ready board in the family
