The manufacturing process of Ready Board is very complex, so there are many details to pay attention to when making; Wiring should be consistent: otherwise, the maintenance wires of the Ready Board are not arranged from the terminals, but are connected in series by the box frame, the wire diameter is not set as required, and the devices with voltage at the door of the outdoor Ready Board are not set with maintenance ground wire, which is easy to cause accidents.

The removable metal plate in the Ready Board shall be connected with the maintenance grounding system: if the removable metal plate in the Ready Board is equipped with various electrical accessories and is not connected with the maintenance grounding wire, it is easy to cause electric shock accidents. The use safety of the Ready Board is extremely important, so we should take preventive measures.

The switch in the Ready Board shall be marked with the circuit Name: if the switch is closed by mistake, it is prone to accidents. The door of the Ready Board shall be pasted with a route system diagram, and the circuit name shall be marked on the brake. In particular, if there is exchange, DC or different levels of power supply in the Ready Board, there shall be obvious signs. Bring convenience to the work of users and maintenance personnel.
