Rural lighting electrical ready boards are exposed to outdoor environments for a long time and need to cope with complex conditions such as humidity, salt spray, and temperature differences. Material innovation needs to focus on the three core requirements of fire prevention, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance. Currently, the combination of new composite materials and surface treatment processes provides a better solution for rural electrical ready boards.

In terms of fire resistance, flame-retardant dyed PC materials have been applied to the electrical ready boards of the State Grid, with a thermal deformation temperature of 120 ℃, a flame retardant level of V0, self extinguishing upon ignition, and passing the 850 ℃ hot wire test. This type of material can effectively delay the spread of fire and buy critical time for emergency response to rural fires.

In terms of moisture and corrosion resistance, 304 stainless steel has become an ideal substrate for outdoor electrical ready boards due to its excellent acid, alkali, and salt corrosion resistance. After the surface is treated with wire drawing, not only does it eliminate reflection, but it also forms a dense oxide film through electrostatic powder spraying, which improves its anti weathering performance by more than 50%. For humid environments, polymer moisture-proof and anti condensation sealing agents can be combined. This material automatically flattens and seals without dead corners, reducing the humidity inside the box by 80% and preventing short circuits in the circuit.

Innovation in composite materials, the combination of aluminum alloy substrates and nano coatings demonstrates breakthrough advantages. After hot-dip galvanizing treatment, the surface zinc layer thickness of aluminum alloy reaches 80 μ m, and the salt spray resistance test exceeds 2000 hours; The nano ceramic coating further enhances wear resistance, with a hardness of 9H, and can resist sand and dust erosion. This type of material has been validated for its reliability in extreme climate regions such as Hainan and Xinjiang, with a service life three times longer than traditional galvanized sheets.

Through the integration of materials science and intelligent technology, rural lighting electrical ready boards are shifting from passive protection to active defense, providing a safe and reliable power infrastructure guarantee for rural revitalization.
