Excessive gap deviation can cause inconsistent compression of the sealing strip, resulting in virtual pressure gaps in some areas. The inspection uses a feeler gauge to measure at multiple points along the door gap, including the top, middle, and bottom. When the door is closed and locked, it should open and close flexibly, without any jamming or paint rubbing, and there should be no obvious shaking of the locked door body. Except for gap deviation, the overall gap of the door body should be controlled at around 0.5mm to ensure uniform compression of the sealing strip and achieve reliable dust and water resistance. The gap between doors must be included as a mandatory inspection item in the factory inspection to avoid the delivery of unqualified products to African sites, reduce overseas returns and after-sales costs, and ensure the long-term stable operation of rural lighting distribution systems.
