At the same time, the electrical ready board should be equipped with a leakage protector, and a reasonable rated leakage action current should be selected to achieve graded protection.

In the design of the incoming and outgoing lines of the electrical ready board, cable conduits should be installed to prevent confusion in the entry and exit of wires. For large capacity electrical boxes, drip bends should be added to the incoming lines to prevent rainwater from entering. The branch line should have good insulation, no aging, damage, or leakage, be laid overhead along walls or poles, and fixed with insulators. The aisle wires can be buried in hard protective sleeves and marked to ensure that the wires are not damaged by external forces.

The grounding design of the lighting electrical ready board cannot be ignored. The metal casing of the electrical ready board must be grounded or zeroed to ensure that in the event of leakage, the current can quickly enter the ground and avoid electric shock accidents. At the same time, the grounding body should be made of suitable materials, such as galvanized angle steel, round steel or steel pipe, with a cross-section not less than the specified value, and the burial depth and grounding resistance should comply with the regulations.

The installation location of the lighting electrical ready board should also be reasonably selected, and should be installed in dry, ventilated, and room temperature places, avoiding installation in damp, dusty, or flammable and explosive places. Adequate safety passages and working space should be left around the electrical ready board, and flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials should not be stacked.
