Frequent Tripping Of Rural Lighting Electrical Ready Boards? These 6 Reasons Must Be Investigated!

Frequent tripping of rural lighting electrical ready boards may be caused by the following six reasons, which need to be investigated one by one:

Overload: When the current in the circuit exceeds its rated capacity, fuses or circuit breakers will trip to prevent damage to wires and electrical equipment due to excessive current. In rural areas, there may be situations where multiple high-power electrical appliances are turned on simultaneously, resulting in current exceeding the line's carrying capacity. The solution is to check and reduce the number of electrical devices connected to the same circuit, and use high-power appliances in stages.

Short circuit: A short circuit is a situation where the current in a circuit increases rapidly and abnormally, usually caused by direct connections between wires. Damaged insulation of wires and damaged plugs and sockets can all lead to short circuits. Regularly inspect wires and cables to ensure there are no exposed wires, and replace worn or aged wires.

Leakage: Leakage in a circuit or electrical appliance can cause the leakage protector to trip. Regularly check the insulation of electrical equipment to ensure there is no leakage, use sockets and plugs with leakage protection function, and replace damaged electrical circuits in a timely manner.

Switch damage: Long service life or poor quality of the switch may cause damage, leading to tripping. After a power outage, remove the load end of the trip switch, measure the resistance of the switch with a multimeter, determine if the switch is damaged, and replace it in a timely manner.

Voltage instability: When the voltage is too high or too low (such as greater than 270V or less than 170V), the overvoltage and undervoltage circuit breaker will automatically trip to prevent electrical damage. It is necessary to check whether the voltage is stable. If the voltage is unstable, it is necessary to contact and repair the external network circuit.

Environmental factors: The rural environment is complex, and natural factors such as humidity and lightning may cause the electrical ready board to trip. It should be ensured that the electrical ready board is installed in a dry and ventilated place, and lightning protection equipment should be installed to prevent lightning strikes.
