In response to the core pain points of unstable rural power grids, complex climate conditions, and limited operation and maintenance resources in Africa, we have created a dedicated lighting electrical ready board project solution that balances reliability, economy, and ease of operation. The core of the scheme is suitable for the needs of African rural scenes. The electrical ready board is made of high-strength alloy shell that is sand proof, moisture-proof and high temperature resistant. The protection level is above IP54, which can resist the strong sunshine, rainstorm and sand dust in the tropical grassland climate, and extend the service life of the equipment. Internally configured with modular design, including overload protection, short circuit protection, leakage protection, and voltage stability modules, suitable for local 110V/220V mixed voltage environments, effectively responding to damage to lighting equipment caused by power grid fluctuations and reducing the incidence of faults.

Considering the frequent power outages in some rural areas of Africa, the plan supports the integration of photovoltaic systems, which can be combined with small photovoltaic modules to achieve off grid lighting, meet the basic lighting needs of areas without grid coverage, and help with energy transformation and energy conservation and emission reduction. At the same time, the operation interface of the electrical ready board is simple and intuitive, with multiple language operation guidelines labeled. Daily inspections, troubleshooting, and simple repairs can be completed without professional operation and maintenance knowledge, adapting to the current state of local operation and maintenance capabilities.

Technical documentation support runs through the entire project lifecycle, providing standardized document suites including product specifications, installation manuals, operation and maintenance guides, troubleshooting manuals, and circuit diagrams. The document is written in both Chinese and English, with detailed and illustrated content, clarifying installation steps, wiring specifications, daily maintenance points, and common troubleshooting solutions. In addition, customized technical training can be provided according to project requirements to guide local construction and operation personnel to quickly master core skills and ensure the long-term stable operation of the project.
